The Axiom Elite provides support and stability for ACL, PCL, or Combined Instabilities (CI). The double upright frame is 16″ (40.5 cm) in length.  The frame is available in magnesium (lighter) or aluminum (stronger), and accommodates a variety of calf sizes with both “Standard” and “Athletic” versions. The “Dynamic” hinge option provides a progressive counterforce to the lower leg to reduce tibial translation in patients with ligament deficiencies or recovering from ligament reconstruction.

            Compared to the “Standard” Frame size, “Athletic” fits a leaner calf size. Use the size chart to determine the appropriate option. “Dynamic” provides control of tibial translation.

            “Aluminum” is stronger and best for collision or extreme sports. Choose “Magnesium” when the lightest weight is preferred.

            The “Sport” option features extra-grip material to assist in fit and suspension during activity. Choose “Combined Instability” based on your diagnosis.
